Hey, I’m Frances, For many years i’ve been working as a UX designer getting experience in problem solving. I graduated from Art& Design Tsinghua University in China, having strong background in fine arts. I think a good product user experience design is the combination of rational and perceptual design on the basis of fully understanding the needs of users. I like to try to challenge different fields, which makes me more curious and leads to more good ideas.

I started working for local design companies before I went to college and entered the society earlier, which made me know better where I should learn to improve and study more pertinently. Therefore, I felt that I went to university to further study undergraduate design and strengthen my English study. Finally, I entered the first international company SONY to do design.

I have been had 20+ design work experiences, including medical, petroleum, consumer electronics, e-commerce, media, advertising, publishing. Continue to try different design types in the design field, from graphic design to interactive design, to later user research, to project management, to user experience design manager, from detail design work to overall product design control.

I am particularly interested in innovation activities. It's exciting to think about how to organize well and use reasonable processes to stimulate people from different teams to do innovation activities in a short time. In my past work, I actively participated in and tried to organize innovation and design sprint activities. I enjoy the process of organizing activities. I believe I can do better in the future,

I love reading, painting and do handicrafts in my spare time according to observe beauty of nature and life. I enjoy creating with my own hands, those works enhances my observation, design skills and expands my thinking field.

Design idea comes from everyday life, Children give me a lot of inspiration in my life and work. Becoming a mother enriches and expands all aspects of design ability, thinking, communication, good understanding and time management for a designer.

I have a lovely and sweet 10-year-old daughter, her name is Ella. I am particularly proud of myself as her mother.
